Requisition Number Req 1915/1 - Due 15th September 1945

NEW colour proofs in triplicate in the colours decided and to be submitted for approval before printing is commenced.
360 additional stamps of each value to be perforated with the word "Specimen" are to be provided (For Bureau supplies see paper)
Utmost importance that stamps should be ready for delivery by Mid September 1945
