The following amounts required for Bureau:-

300,000 : 1/2d

100,080 : 1d

60,000 : 21/2d

40,080 : 3d

30,000 : 1/-

The requirements for the 11/2d, 2d, 6d, 2/6d and 5/- were to be taken from A2.

In addition the residue of A2's stocks/ at present:-

18,000 : 1d, 7,000 : 21/2d, 12,500 : 3d and 12,500 : 1/- should be exchanged in due course.

Colonial supplies to be sheet numbered 1 up and interleaved with wax paper. To save transport arrange for Bureau stocks to go, exchange to be made and Bureau stocks to be collected at same time.
