Please list your order clearly on another sheet of paper; do not use your price-list as an order-form as it can cause great confusion, but please fill in all the measurements on the list if you are ordering for a Teddy, or if your doll isn't named in the price-list. If a doll is named in the price-list it means I have one as a model, so you don't need to fill in its measurements.

Remember to give your name and full address, including postcode; please write them clearly on every sheet of paper you send, in case they get separated; and give your phone number (and/or email address) if you have one, especially if you are ex-directory, in case I need to contact you urgently. Please be assured that your details will not be passed on to anyone else.

Please note that there is no such thing as "a size A" (or B, C, etc) doll or Teddy. Each price column covers dolls or teddies of more than one size, so please make sure you give the brand name or, if you don`t know it, the measurements of your doll, or the clothes may not fit properly.

Clothes will not necessarily be supplied in the materials or colours shown in the picture, but if you ask for a particular colour, your choice will be sent if possible. When more than one of the same item is ordered, different colours or patterns will usually be sent, unless you ask for them to be the same.

With your first order or enquiry, it would help if you could indicate how you discovered this website.

These prices only apply to delivery to addresses in the UK. Please ask for rates outside UK.

Delivery Times:
If the clothes are wanted for a birthday, please give me the date and I will try to get them to you in time. Try to allow 28 days for delivery to be on the safe side; it may take longer before Christmas depending on the demand. If in doubt, please phone. From mid-November at least, I suggest you add the extra for 1st Class post.

Every effort will be made to send everything you order by the date you give, but if stocks of anything have run out and I am unable to make more in time, they will be sent as soon as possible afterwards, unless you ask for a refund instead.

Returns Policy: Please phone before returning anything.

1. If there is a manufacturing fault in a garment, it will be replaced at no cost to you.
2. If you change your mind within 7 days of receipt of the clothes, or want a different colour (when you didn't specify the colour in your order), you will be asked to pay all postage costs.
3. A refund can be issued, or exchange made, only if the returned clothes are in re-saleable, mint condition.
4. Clothes made specially for you, such as unusual school uniforms, or to your measurements, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
