THE LONG JOURNEY FROM ADAM TO
LEADER OLUMBA OLUMBA OBU

Those who have ears to hear and eye to see have unanimously agreed that we have entered the final stage of the end of human history. From whatever angle you look at events around the world, all the facts, and all conclusions based on critical evaluation of these events, will point to one destination - this world is coming to an end. You can declare boldly, openly and very authoritatively that the end of the world has come.
When we discuss the end of the world, what we mean is the end of human history. Please repeat it, for the purpose of clarity, that the end of the world means the end of human history. Human history means the totality of adventures, achievements, failures, sufferings, sorrows, sickness, tribulations, hunger, starvation, murder, assassinations, coups, violence, deaths - all arising from (the) sinful nature of man, from the time God gave man the mandate to administer the world up to the present era. Where and when man has abundant of mismanagement of the world. The end of the world means the end of human history. The end of human history therefore means the end of human sufferings on earth. You can describe it as the end of the history of man’s mismanagement of the world, which God entrusted to him in the Garden of Eden. God entrusted the world to man. Man from the onset and through all ages mismanaged the world. Now, God has decided to put an end to this management of the world by man by regaining the world from man.
After regaining the world from man, then the Kingdom of God, which God had already established with, then administer the world and all the creations of God. The end of the world, which will bring the end of human history. And the end of human history will mean the end of human sufferings and the end of mismanagement of the world by man, and will mark the final end of the Kingdoms of the world, which will be replaced by the Kingdom of God.
The STAR: which is the last name of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is the Kingdom of God, which will replace the kingdom of man. What is going on around the world today, is the process whereby God is regaining the world from man. From one nation to another so that at the end of this exercise, the STAR, which is the Kingdom of God will emerge physically and take dominion all over the world. To fit into this discussion of today, my definition of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star will be like this:
BROTHERHOOD:
The creative side of God and the universal nature of the world.
CROSS:
The salvation side of God. The suffering side of God for the sake of man, as a result of the mismanagement of the world by man. The burden shouldered by our Lord Jesus Christ, so that man will gain salvation and be relieved of the sufferings.
STAR: The direct of the world by God. After putting an end to the mismanagement of the world by man, God will rule the whole world directly and personally. For proper understanding of what is Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, read the gospels of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu on this topic.
Let us run through the history of man so that we will appreciate the fact that the end of the world has come.
The journey from Adam to our Lord Jesus Christ and then to Leader Olumba Olumba Obu is the journey from the BROTHERHOOD to the CROSS and STAR and has been a long and tearful exercise with many human and material casualties all along the way. This journey started not quite long after creation. The Almighty God created heaven and earth and everything contained in the heavens and on earth. Therefore, God created man His own image. At the pleasure of God, man was entrusted with the task of management and administration of the whole world and given the power to superintend over all other creations of God. This process represented the physical manifestation of the BROTHERHOOD era on earth. That is the creation, unity and universal nature of the world. The creation of heaven and earth by one God, the creation of man, animals, fishes, trees and every other thing in existence by one God made it imperative and mandatory for man and other creations to be united as the children of one God and to be dependent upon Him for our continued existence on earth.
When man was given the power by God to manage the affairs of the world and to superintend over all the other creations existing on earth, God placed man above these other creations. All other creations were made to take instructions from man. While other creations of God were directed by God to take instructions from man, God also directed man to take instructions from Him, the Almighty God. The problem of man started the day he disobeyed the instructions of God in the Garden of Eden. The moment man disobeyed God, he instantly fell from grace to grass, and from honour to dishonour and from power and glory originally granted to him to powerless, fearful object ridiculed and humiliated by all other creations who were originally ordered to serve and take instructions from man. God decided from the onset to let man to know that He, the Almighty God, was the creator whom man must obey or receive punishment for disobedience. The punishment given to man for disobeying God in the garden of Eden is recorded in the Book of Genesis 3: 16 in the following words:
"To the woman he said, I will greatly increase your pain in child bearing; with pain you will give birth to children; your desire will be for your husband and he will rule over you".
Read the punishment given to man for disobedience: Genesis 3: 17-19:
"To Adam he said, because you listened to your wife and ate from the tree which I commanded you, You must not eat of it, cursed be the ground because of you; through painful thorns and thistles for you, and you will eat the plant of the field. By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground since from it you were taken, for dust you are and to dust you will return".
That was the first punishment given to man by God because of disobedience. From that moment all other creations became hostile to man. There was division within BROTHERHOOD. Because man had disobeyed God, all other creations no longer obeyed man. Having fallen below the expectations of God, man no longer enjoyed the monopoly of power over all other creations of God. On the contrary, man began to live under the fear of other creations that were meant to serve and obey man. This is where the journey of the CROSS-started. After division within BROTHERHOOD, man began to carry his CROSS. The journey to sorrow and tribulation began. The fact that God had given man his first punishment for the first disobedience did not mean the end of man’s contract and relationship with God. The first punishment from God did not also mean the end of further punishment from God to man.
Apart from making sure that man suffered from the first punishment, God also insisted that man must obey any and all future directives given to man by God. Further disobedience attracted additional punishment.
From that time man began to carry his cross. Until our Lord Jesus Christ came to relieve man of this cross, the history of man on earth was the history of continued disobedience to the instructions of God and the history of the penalties given to man for such disobedience. The most outstanding of such penalty was the complete destruction of the first world by God through flood.
Before the destruction of the first world through flood, God gave man the opportunity to repent from his sinful ways by sending one of His prophets - NOAH - to preach for 120 years. Man ignored the preaching of Noah and continued in sin until the first world was completely destroyed by God through flood. Only a handful of people from the household of Noah and a few animals and birds were saved in the ARK which God had directed Noah to construct. It was the few survivors of the flood whom God used to start the second world. Despite the fact that these few survivors had witnessed the destruction of the first world because of the sins of man, the second world started with these survivors and they too continued with sin and disobedience to the instructions of God.
At a stage, God had cause to regret over creating man! It became clear that man, on his own, would not be able to carry the cross of his sins for long and the reconciliation between God and man would be difficult if man did not pay the supreme sacrifice for his sins. The only sacrifice acceptable to God had to come from someone who did not commit any sin. Only such a person could redeem a sinner. God decided to redeem man when He sent His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, who did not commit any sin to die for the sake of man.
The birth, death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ relieved man of the cross he had carried over generations. Our Lord Jesus Christ marked the beginning of a direct journey to STAR that is the kingdom of God. The prediction of this Kingdom was given 595 years before the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Book of Daniel 2: 31-44 provided a clear picture of the journey to the kingdom and the various stages of this journey. Read the dream of King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon and its interpretation by Prophet Daniel.
THE DREAM: - Daniel 2: 31-44:
"You looked O King, and there before you stood a large statue, an enormous, dazzling statue, awesome in appearance. The head of the statue was made of pure gold, its chest and arm of silver, its belly and thigh of bronze; its legs of iron and partly of baked clay. While you were watching, a rock was cut out but not by human hands. It struck the statue on its feet and clay and smashed them. Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were broken to pieces at the same time and became like chaff on a threshing floor in the summer. The wind swept them without leaving a trace. But the rock that struck the statue became a huge
Mountain and filled the whole earth".
INTERPRETATION OF THIS DREAM BY PROPHET DANIEL
You, O King, are the King of Kings. The God of heaven has given you dominion and power and might and glory. In your hands he has placed mankind and the beast of the field and the birds of the air wherever they live, he has made you ruler over them all. You are the head of gold. After you another kingdom will be, inferior to yours. Next a third kingdom, one of bronze will rule over the whole earth. Finally, there will be a fourth kingdom strong as iron - for iron breaks and smashes, things to pieces so it will crush and break others. Just as you saw that the feet and toes were partly of baked clay and partly strong and partly brittle. And just as you saw the iron mixed with baked clay so the people will be a mixture and will not remain united any more that mixes with clay. In the time of these kings, the God of Heaven will set up a Kingdom that will never be destroyed nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end but it will itself endure forever".
This was the dream of King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon and the interpretation of the dream by Prophet Daniel. This was about 595 BC - that is, 595 years before the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ into this physical world.
The summary of the dream and its interpretation and subsequent visions and dreams by Prophet Daniel was that four powerful kingdoms, including that of Babylon will emerge and dominate the whole earth. The four Kingdoms will be strong enough to dominate the whole earth as the previous four kingdoms. The smaller kingdoms will still be in existence when the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will crush the kingdoms of the world to pieces, then the kingdom of God will endure forever. Let us run through history and see which of the predictions of Prophet Daniel have been fulfilled and which of them remain to be fulfilled. First, the four kingdoms:
The Kingdom of Babylon had been dominating the world from 605 BC. This Kingdom collapsed as predicted by Daniel (but) during the reign of the son of King Nebuchadnezzar. It was King Nebuchadnezzar who received the news about the imminent collapse of the kingdom of Babylon. That was 595 BC. King Nebuchandnezzar lived and died and did not personally witness the collapse of Babylon. Rather it was his son, King Belshazzar, who witnessed the end of Babylon Empire. That was 539 BC.
(2) PERSIA:
The Kingdom of Persia succeeded the Babylon Empire. The Babylon Empire ruled the world for 200 years. About 331 BC, the Persian Kingdom was toppled by the Greek army commander, Alexander the Great. The Greek Empire replaced the Persian kingdom.
The Greek Empire succeeded the Persian Empire. The Greek Empire dominated the earth for more than one century. Then on June 22, 169, BC, the Romans toppled the Greek Empire.
The forth kingdom was the Roman Empire. By this time God had concluded arrangements to provide man with salvation. Our Lord Jesus Christ was born during the time the Roman Empire dominated the world. Because the mission of our Lord Jesus Christ was to die for the sake of our sins and to resurrect from the dead, so that we may receive salvation, His physical arrival on earth to fulfill this mission changed the course of human history. The physical presence of our Lord Jesus Christ on earth marked the beginning of the end of the worldly kingdoms predicted by Daniel 595 years before the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Roman Empire dominated the whole world for 169 years before the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ and continued this world domination until 476 AD - that is, 476 years after the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The forth kingdom the Roman Empire, collapsed in 476 AD. As predicted by Prophet Daniel, the Roman Empire was divided into 10 smaller kingdoms. Some of the kingdoms were strong and others not too strong just as Daniel had interpreted King Nebuchadnezzar’s dream of the feet of the statue being partly iron and partly of baked clay. Since iron and clay cannot mix properly, the 10 kingdoms which emerged from the ruins of the Roman Empire were known as:
1.Anglo-Saxon 2. Franks 3. Alumni
7.Burgundians 8. Vandals 9. Suev
10. Heruli
These 10 Kingdoms were the forerunners and progenitors of modern Europe. From the 10 kingdoms, the current modern nations of industrialised world emerged and were known as:
4. Italy 5. Portugal 6. Belgium
10. USA (once a colony of UK) 11. Soviet Union 12. China
The modern nations of Europe, which drew out of the ruins of the Roman Empire, made desperate efforts to dominate the world. These nations shared weaker, poor and less developed nations of Africa, Asia and Latin America among themselves. Britain dominated many countries as colonies and introduced the slogan: The British Empire and Britannia rules the waves.
Despite the fact that these European nations had colonies across the world, they were not able to form a United Europe to take full control of the whole world. These nations signed more than 4,500 treatise and international agreements on unity yet failed to forge a united Europe.
THE ENTRY OF OLUMBA OLUMBA OBU
In 1918, the Sole Spiritual Head of the Universe, Leader Olumba Olumba Obu entered the earth planet physically with a mission to establish the kingdom of God. Since the mission of Leader O.O. Obu is to establish the Kingdom of God on earth it is obvious that the remaining Kingdoms of the world will have to collapse. The Kingdom of God must replace the kingdom of the world.
Remember that Prophet Daniel had stated that in the days of the kingdoms of the world, the God of the Heaven will set up a kingdom which will crush the kingdoms of the world to pieces then the Kingdom of God will endure for ever. (Read Daniel 2: 44). The entry of Leader O. O. Obu into this physical world dramatically changed the course of human history. The programme for the establishment of the Kingdom of God on earth was now firmly set and irreversible.
From 1918, the world was never the same the concept of one nation seeking to rule and dominate another nation was challenged across the world. Nobody wanted to be a servant to another person. Everybody wanted freedom.
Our Lord Jesus Christ came, died and resurrected and through this provided man with salvation. Man was now ready for reconciliation with God and to return to the Garden of Eden. Leader Olumba Olumba Obu came as the Promised Comforter to teach and lead man to the accurate knowledge of the truth, to reform sinners unto righteousness and to establish the Kingdom of God on earth. Because the Kingdom of God cannot co-exist side by side with the kingdoms of the world it is to establish the kingdom of God had physically arrived on earth to fulfill this assignment.
From 1918, when Leader O. O. Obu came to this world physically, the struggle for freedom, independence, self-determination and human rights have dominated all aspects of human development across the world. The positive results have been that between 1918 to 1939, the spiritual programme for the collapse of the worldly kingdom was that it exploded into the physical into the Second World War - which lasted from 1939 to 1945. From 1920 (two years after the birth of Leader O. O. Obu) to 1939, the nations which emerged from Roman Empire signed 4,568 treatise and agreements for unity at the League of Nations. Rather than unite, these nations faced world war.
At the end of the Second World War, the physical collapse of the smaller kingdoms began to manifest. Between 1945 and 1960, Britain, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Spain their colonies as Africa, Asia and Latin America became independent nations. With the independence of the former colonies, the former colonial empires regrouped and divided the world into two major social, economic and political kingdoms.
The then communists system of government led by the Soviet Union took control of the Eastern Europe and had support from some nations who adopted this system in Africa, Asia and Latin America. They represented the worldly kingdom of Eastern Europe. The former colonial masters led by Britain, regrouped and adopted the capitalist system of government. This capitalist system took control of Western Europe and the United States of America, which was once a colony of Britain. The capitalist system retained control of their former colonies through organisations like British Commonwealth and French Military and economic presence in their former colonies. Having divided the world into two major economic and political systems. One dominating Eastern part of the world and their satellites across the world and the other dominating Western world and their satellites also across the world the two contending powers established a forum known as the United Nations where they meet regularly. Each contending power sought to undermine the other in order to control and dominate this world. Each power spent huge amount of money, to research and develops most modern weapons of warfare - plotting secretly and hoping that one day one power will use these weapons to destroy the power in a theater of warfare. They formed two military blocks - Warsaw Pact for Eastern Europe and North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) for the western world.
Between 1945 and September 1986, the Communist Kingdom in the Eastern Europe and the Capitalist Kingdom of the Western world were engaged in frantic race to develop weapons of destruction. They formed Nuclear Clubs and assumed the title of Superpowers. They did not reckon with the fact that while they were stockpiling arms ready to destroy one another, the God of Heaven had established the Kingdom of God to crush the worldly kingdom to pieces and then the Kingdom of God will not be destroyed, but will endure forever. Again, read Daniel 2: 44.
The Communist and Capitalist powers were not aware that the person to establish the kingdom on earth has already arrived physically on earth and had already started work on His mission on earth. Then in October 1986, the Sole Spiritual Head of the Universe, Leader Olumba Olumba Obu decided to end the arms race among the two major contending world kingdoms. In a public declaration titled "What Is the Ideology of Nigeria"? Delivered at 34 Ambo Street, Calabar, to mark the 26th Independence Anniversary of Nigeria, Leader O. O. Obu proclaimed the intervention of the Holy Spirit in the Soviet Union and December 1990, the Communist Kingdom collapsed completely in the entire Easter Europe.
Communist regimes in Eastern Europe were replaced by democratic multi-party system. In Rumania where the Communist regime resisted the demands for political reforms and killed more than 70,000 people, the people persisted despite heavy casualties and killed the president of that country and his wife. In the end, Communism was overthrown in Rumania. The Berlin Wall erected by communist regime in Eastern Germany in 1949 has been pulled down. In the Soviet Union itself the communist party recently voted to end its monopoly of power, which had been under its control for the past 72 years. The Warsaw Military Pact for Eastern Europe has been disbanded.
Today, the Soviet Union and the other Eastern European nations are now firmly under the Capitalist economic and political culture. The Russians now vote side by side with the western nations at the United Nations General Assembly and Security Council. The German nations are now one nation under democratic rule. With the total collapse of the communist kingdom, which has ruled and dominated the Eastern Europe, there is one kingdom of the world now remaining - awaiting its destruction by the Kingdom of God. This is the capitalist kingdom now dominating the world. From the time of Daniel when Babylon and the three other kingdoms of the world had collapsed up to between 1986 and December 1990, all other kingdoms of the world have collapsed. The last worldly kingdom is the capitalist democratic system.
The hostilities in the Persian Gulf and the Middle East started the end of the last remaining kingdoms of the world. From the Gulf war up to the end of this century in 1999, this world will never be the same again. The Gulf war, no matter how, where and when it ended initiated rapid chains of evens, which baffle and dazzle political and economic analysts. Please, spare efforts to read the gospel of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu titled "After 1999 Something Spectacular Will Happen", delivered about 18 years ago.
The Star is the kingdom, which has now been established. With the collapse of the kingdom of communism and capitalist kingdom, the last of the worldly kingdoms on earth. It should be clear to all that have ears to hear and eye to see that the end of the human history has come and the kingdom of God has already been established to replace the kingdom of the world.
Prophet Daniel had also predicted that at the time when the Kingdom of God will crush the kingdoms of the world, `many shall run to and fro and knowledge shall be increased’. (Daniel 12: 4). From 1918 when Leader Olumba Olumba Obu entered this physical world, as the Promised Comforter with a mission, to teach mankind to the Accurate Knowledge of Truth, and to establish the Kingdom of God up to the present time. The movement of people from one part of the world to another has been unprecedented in human history. The scientific and technological development of the world between 1918 and 1991 are more than the world ever achieved during the past two thousand years. Bear the following facts in mind:
"And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole World as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come".
All other predictions about the end of the human history and the emergence of the kingdom of God have been fulfilled. Only the main precondition for the end is what is remaining. The gospel of the kingdom the teachings of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu must be preached to all nations. Have we preached the teachings of the Promised Comforter in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, so that the end will come? How many people in Nigeria have heard about Leader Olumba Olumba Obu and His teachings? How many times have we in Brotherhood as individuals, Bethels, Fellowships, Zones and area authorities of Education, Labor and welfare Boards of the Brotherhood sponsored the publication of the gospels of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu in the newspapers and magazines of Britain and other countries?
About the end of human history, bear this fact in mind. It was during the era of Babylon that the process of the collapse of the kingdoms of the worlds began up to December 1990 when the communist kingdom collapsed. It is not significant to recall that the present geographical area occupied by Iraq was where Babylon was located in the days of King Nebuchadnezzar and the present neighbouring Iran was where Persia which conquered Babylon was previously located? Now it is from Iraq (formerly Babylon) that the final end of the human history has commenced. Why are we sitting down at home with hands folded when the world is eagerly waiting to receive the teachings of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu?
