This was in a house which was next door to the houses previously owned by Elizabeth Durnford widow of John the blacksmith and now occupied by her descendants.

Moving back to London he appears to have prospered as in 1881, the census records him as 'Master Builder employing 10 men and 1 boy' and residing at 'Pl... Villa, Chester Rd. St. Pancras.(His brother Thomas, also a Master Builder was living at the same address.)

Henry's wife however was now Sara I. . and not Anna who he married in 1865 and who died in 1869 at Pancras.)
