As part of a forward looking and innovative Trust, the Department of Psychological Therapies is committed to continually striving to improve the services provided for patients. Formal research, clinical audit and quality initiatives are all part of the culture within the Department of Psychological Therapies. One of the Department’s members, Professor Roger Baker, is the Head of Dorset’s Research and Development Support Unit, a collaboration of Dorset Health Authority, Bournemouth University and all the local Trusts.
