For Sale Hohner Pokerwork. I bought it
last year from Theo Gibb a north east repairer of melodeons. He taped the bellows
and felted the keys. It is in DG. It is in good condition and comes with a
bag. I am looking for £350.

Dear Sir,
I have a Crabb 30 key anglo
concertina in G/D that I wish to sell. It was made for me by Henry and Neville Crabb in
1969/70 and I have provenance in the form of original lett
ers and bills, plus a complete service history. I have
played this instrument for 37 years with only one reed needing replacement! Colin
Dipper, John & Sue Holman and David Leese have also laid hands on it during the
intervening years, so that it remains a superbly playable instrument in very good order.
Reason for Sale? The only possible
one! I have recently acquired an extremely rare Jeffries 50 key anglo in G/D, which makes
me feel that keeping the Crabb is a possibly selfish and covetous act. Anyway, I'm not
made of money!
Price? Offers in excess of £3,250
Yours sincerely,
Roger Edwards
PS: I shall have it with me on the
Sat 29 Sept Devon Squeeze Day unless previously sold.
