Drum Sensor
Purpose built dual hall effect sensor.
This is a special high positional accuracy device that triggers at the exact centre-point of the magnetic field regardless of the air gap. This device is directional and comes with a small magnet fitted into a P.T.F.E. block to allow easy bolting to the side of the drum using the alloy bolts provided. Because of its outstanding accuracy, less averaging ( graph smoothing ) of the data is required, and this is one of the many things that help our DynoPower (c) software to produce incredibly detailed and true power and torque curves.
