First of all I must thank
Jay Lloyd, of Sarcoidosis Online Sites. He did my last Website for me, for which I was very grateful. He has been a great help through the years and is a Sarcoidosis patient, as well as a valued member of the Sarcoidosis Community. He is always a positive person and genuinely pleased to hear from folk from all over the world. I was lucky enough to receive his On-Line-Sites Life Saver Award for the last site. I only hope I will receive it for this one. His Patient-to-Patient Website is unrivaled. I know, as I often look at it and sometimes put in my views too. I am also delighted to receive their newsletter online which is full of useful information and even a laugh or two. www.sarcoidosisonlinesites.com

My next thanks go to
Dolores O’Leary, the Editor of Sarcoidosis Networking, who produce a really useful online Newsletter, which is available to everyone. A mine of information, news, health features and a truly positive outlook. www.sarcoidosisnetworkingassociation.org.

Thanks also to
Sandra Conroy, who wrote a book on Sarcoidosis which I was lucky to purchase a few years back when she was in the U K to attend a WASOG (World Association of Sarcoidosis and Other Granulomatous Disorders) conference. Sandra is the founder and president of the National Sarcoidosis Resource Center. She is also responsible for the Awareness Ribbons. Lovely mauve ribbons with the words ‘Sarcoidosis Awareness’ embroidered on them. I have tried to get them replicated here but I am having trouble finding someone to embroider ribbons, it seems they do tapes but not ribbons. Further information regarding ribbons can be obtained from NRSC (National Sarcoidosis Resource Center) PO Box 1593 Piscataway, NJ 08855-1593.www.nsrc-global.net

Lastly, getting this new site up and running didn’t quite work out as planned and I thank
Ian Jones for coming to the rescue with a temporary fix and then redesigning the site as you see it now.
