      Two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one with small terrace).

      Large lounge/dining room with 2 comfortable settees.

      English (sky) and Spanish TV (large LCD) plus DVD, CD and PS2.

      Large terrace for dining and sunbathing (south facing,shaded until mid morning).

      Full air conditioning (plus ceiling fans in bedrooms).

      Fully equipped kitchen (including washer).

      Bathroom with shower over the bath.

      Spacious hall suitable for golf/bicycle storage etc.

      Safe (we have never felt the need to use it)

      Large communal swimming pool (free sunbeds) and children’s pool.

      Secure gated complex with all apartments privately owned.

      Restaurants and beaches ten to fifteen minutes walk.

      In quiet residential area with a small Bistro effectively in the same building.

      Ample beach furniture (chairs, umbrellas etc).

One vital piece of equipment you will find in the apartment is an electric grill plate (easier than a barbecue). We love to cook our evening meals on the terrace, with meat and fish from the local markets, and with a glass or two of wine whilst watching the sun go down over the mountains. (This is part of your view!) 

The apartment is furnished and equipped for regular use by our family and friends so is a real ‘home from home’.
