There was A New Years Eve Dance that raised £405.00

Joint Concert with the Lydbrook Silver Band at the College Theatre Five Acres on 7th December with Graham Davies and May P arry.
Choir sung:-A Roman War Song, Speed Your Journey, Steal Away, Soon Ah Will be Done, Evening Prayer, Crossing the Plain, Watching at Night, Wake Gentle Shepherd,Da VerginMary, Some Enchanted Evening, Portrait Of My Love,
In The Sweet By and By, Sara and Cwm Rhondda.

The Tote run by Alan Gulliford was well into its stride and a Fashion show Raised£188.36.
Baskets of fruit were taken to J.Greenland, J.Dobbs, J.Rogers, W.Brown, Jim Routley, I.Porter, L.Davies and C.Storey.

We purchased 54 Tables and Chairs at £5.50 and 14Small Tables and Stools from the Ex-servicemens Club Ebbw Vale For £339.00.

A presentation was made to Mr. Alun Jones at the concert at Abertillery.
It was almost done by sleight of hand.
