In October of this Year as a result of enquiries to Mr. Keith Griffiths of The Welsh Amatuer Music Federation I made the first approach to The Foundation For Sport and The Arts.
The amount asked for £ 30,000
Letters followed for the next twelve months.

Annual Tour to Scarborough.
Concerts at Westborough Methodist Church and Brunswick Methodist Church.

Choir Sang:- Llanfair, Close Thine Eyes, Laudamus, Serenade, O Isis and Osiris, Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves, Stout Hearted Men, Comrades in Arms, A Border Ballard, E'en as a Lovely Flower, With Cat Like Tread, There is Nothing Like a Dame, Softly as I Leave You, A Portrait of my Love, My Lord What a Morning and The Battle Hymn of the Republic.
