






Salmond dormitory is now a comfortable lounge. A new staircase has been inserted from the room below.
There were 10 beds in here.

The room below had a snooker table in it. Later this was removed and a new fangled projection television was installed (with seats arranged like a cinema) which went wrong often.
The door at the end used to connect to Tedder dormitory. ..
...but when this picture was taken it lead to a kitchen.

We used to play games on this area which had little grass on it then.
The stylish gazebo seems to be built over the entrance to the air raid shelter. And is that a pear tree next to it? If so it was there 60 years ago.
The fountain is sited where Robert Hall was practising in the cricket nets.
The castle entrance with new trees and a new doorway and steps into one of the flats.
