Bank Top Holiday home sits in splendid isolation in a small orchard in the
grounds of our 200-year-old cottage, about 30 feet from the
Limestone Way, an old drovers route that extends from
Castleton in the north; south to Matlock and beyond.
It
is
tucked away in a private location, again in the leafy hillside overlooking dramatic Millers
Dale with the River Wye splashing through below.
There are impressive views across Millers
Dale and the surrounding area from the Limestone Way.
Our
27’ Delta Santana Static Holiday Home comprises a double and a
twin bedroom. The dining area can be converted to
form a second double bed. All rooms have individual
heaters and the caravan is insulated for those cooler days!
The lounge has TV, gas fire and games. The
galley kitchen is fitted with sink and drainer, fridge and
gas cooker. A gas heater provides instant hot water. In the
bathroom are a flush toilet, washbasin and shower with hot
and cold water. It is well cared for and in good
condition. Please note that smoking is not permitted
in the caravan.
Both
gas and electricity are included in the rental. The beds
have duvets and pillows. Bed linen can be provided
(for which there is an extra charge). A travel cot
and high chair are available on loan if required.
Private parking,
approximately 100 feet away, is available at the
front of our cottage. Access for people with disabilities is
difficult.
Guests
have the use of the orchard and a barbeque and there is an
outside tap for cleaning muddy boots or shoes.
Well
behaved dogs and children are most welcome.
