- Printing Instructions (tested on Windows XP with Internet Explorer)
An image of the form will appear above. This may take some time.
The form is complete when the last line finishes with "acceptance of this condition".
Wait for the image to complete and then right-click
on it and choose "save picture as ..." or similar wording from the menu.
The desktop is a convenient place to save it.
Later, when you are ready to print it, find the image file where
you saved it
and right click on it and choose "print" from the menu. The original form is printed on A4-size paper.
If your printer is not already set for A4 paper then use the Printing
Preferences button that appears in the screen dialogue to select A4 paper size and proceed to print.
The actual details for selecting A4 paper depend on your printer software.
For example, with a Canon printer you need to click a page layout tab.
With an Operating System other than Windows you may need to display the
the image in a viewer before you can choose to print it.
