Welcome to 1st Bingley Scout Group, Aire Valley

The Scout Movement is a voluntary organisation which is open to all young people between the ages of 6 and 25 years of age. The Association operates an equal opportunities policy which makes Scouting accessible to all irrespective of gender, disability, race or religion. This is subject to individual Group practice but all new Groups must now be co-educational. It is one of the most progressive youth organisations in the world. The young people meet in one of the 5 sections appropriate to their age.  Nationally there are over half a million members, with over 25 million throughout the world, in over 200 countries. Please visit the Scout Base Web Site for more infomation.

Bingley is a small town in West Yorkshire situated 5 miles north of Bradford.
