The dances are suitable for anything from three dancers to the whole side.

A common feature of most of the Morris dances is that of the Hey which can be danced by any number of people. The Hey is a weave between each other right shoulder, left shoulder,
right shoulder etc until you reach the opposite end of the line (a half Hey). You then proceed
back to your original place to complete the Hey!
