Description:    An Internet Connection Sharing tool which dials-up the
                first time a user requests a connection and hangs-up
                when all users have finished using it.

                Special client software is used to open or close the
                connection: unix command line, Tk/Tcl, and Java clients
                are included; a shareware window client is available
                from the same site.

                features include: multiple links (e.g. ISDN channels)
                -*- multiple ISPs -*- Connection Control Lists which can
                block connections via time of day, day of week, user or
                ISP -*- billing (cost shared amongst users) -*- a
                variety of event scripts, include ones run in the right
                place to enable and disable ip-forwarding as a machine
                starts and then stops using the net -*- per user name
                space.
