Wconnect is shareware: if you run more than THREE copies then you need to register with me at fuchsia.groan@virgin.net That is: it is permitted for three copies of the program to simultanoeus access the server without explicit permission from the author, but if more than three copies are required to simultaneously access the server then explicit permission, in the form of a licence, must be obtained from the author.
Wconnect can be freely distributed provided it is distributed intact and unmodified (with all files list in the manifest) and that the only charge made is a small sum for materials and handling.
This software is provided by the author Peter Miller ``as is'' and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the author be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
