The price shown below is for the villa (up to 5 persons) per week.

Bookings that require the annex as well will be negotiated separately.

April – May	£250 – £500
June – Mid-July	£650 – £750
Mid-July – August	£750 – £850
September	£650
October	£500
November – March	By arrangement

Discounts are available for early bookings, repeat bookings and long stays.

To make a reservation we require a 25% deposit upon booking, with the balance payable

no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

The price per week includes the following services and facilities:

• provision of bedding and towels (not beach towels)
• laundry service for bedding and towels on arrival and departure (or weekly for long stays)
• full maintenance of the pool, including weekly cleaning
• management by an English couple, who will meet guests at the villa on arrival and departure
