Casa Escoria, a luxury villa built in 2000, is situated in the mountains in Andalucia in Southern Spain, near the village of Bedar.

This lovely Spanish villa has privacy, stunning views and is only a short drive from the beaches and nightlife at the coast.

The villa is available for rent most of the year and is easily accessible from airports at Almeria or Murcia,

which are served by the many of the main UK and European airports.

• Casa Escoria comprises the main villa and a self contained annex, which sleeps up to seven people.
• The villa faces south, with beautiful views to the coast and mountain ranges
• The sun can be enjoyed all day from the terraces or beside the private swimming pool.
• There is a large enclosed terrace adjoining the swimming pool, which is ideal for relaxing and dining all year round.
• The villa is set in ¾ acre, beside an olive grove, with ample parking and easy access.
• The gentle breezes enable comfortable living even during the height of summer,

whilst full gas central heating and wood burners ensure warm winter breaks.
