Every window in the villa and annexe is fitted with shutters and mosquito blinds.
There is full gas central heating in all rooms in the main villa, in addition to the wood-burner.
The enclosed terrace has double-glazing so that it can be used comfortably in winter.
The single storey property is ideal for elderly & disabled visitors being on one level with
door widths suitable for wheelchair access. Some patios have steps.
Towels and bed linen are provided and changed weekly. The villa is cleaned on arrival and departure,
although all guests are asked to leave it in a clean and tidy condition.

The grounds include an olive grove and other fruit trees on the 3/4 acre plot. There is also a car-port for vehicles.
The villa is in a secluded, private position, which means that the pool and terraces are not overlooked.
