WELCOME TO WWW.GRAHAMRUSSELL.NET"The business of life is the acquisition of memories" Julian Fellowes I created and managed the original grahamrussell.net as the website for the Geography Department at Bishop Heber High School, Malpas in Cheshire. I left the school in August 2006 but for more information about one of the best schools in Cheshire visit the Bishop Heber website. My wife and I have always enjoyed travelling and this new website offers me a chance to share some of our destinations and recommendations with others on the internet. I'm also going to build up, and share, a selection of our photographs. For instance:
Mount Fuji, taken on our visit to Japan at Christmas 2002. Click on any of the page links to see information about some of the places we've visited and to find recommendations for places to stay and places to eat. I will build this up gradually as time allows. If you would like to contact me you can e-mail me at: MEANWHILE, remember that you do not have to drive or fly hundreds of miles to see wonderful places; sometimes they are 'on our doorsteps'. The photos below were taken at Attingham Park near Shrewsbury, a few miles from where we live. The house, which was built for the first Lord Berwick in 1785, is splendid both inside and out. There are lovely walks in the park which has its own herd of deer. To find details of opening times click HERE. Who knows, if you visit on a day when I'm working there, you might even meet me!
