KYRA Is a pioneering institute of education and training that creates and inspires leaders of the future. With Birmingham set to be the first city with an ethnic majority by 2020, the future of West Midlands inner city areas - such as Aston and Lozells, that are blighted by a history of violence and inter-ethnic conflict - rests with tomorrow’s leaders.

A new website was developed to encourage enrolment on a number of courses providing leadership skills for local community leaders.
