Optima Housing Association

Optima is a community association in central Birmingham with 2,000 properties. They are under taking a major city centre regeneration programme in the Attwood Green area.

The Tenant’s Annual Report was given a new look to reflect the new community lead development works that had taken place, not only over the last year, but from when Optima was charged with the regeneration of the area.
