Optima Housing Association

Optima is a community association in central Birmingham with 2,000 properties. They are under taking a major city centre regeneration programme in the Attwood Green area.

The guide to paying your rent is to let tenants know the various ways in which it is possible to pay their rent. The leaflet was written in plain english and consideration was made to allow the text to be more easily read by those which visual impairments. The front and back covers contained translations in the twelve most common languages of Optima's tenants.
