Left Click on Add and a pop-up box will give you the name of the website about to be added to your favourite list. Change our long address to LFML or something you recognise. Then Left click OK Job done! Next time you need a farmers market fix open Favourites and left click on LFML. Hey Presto! |

Microwave Cleaning
Place a small bowl of water with a capful of vinegar into your microwave and give it full power for 5 minutes. Grease gone with a wipe. For heavy grease, increase quantity of vinegar and repeat the procedure. |

Get the best out of your steaks (Beef, Lamb, pork, venison or Ostrich)
Do not cook straight from the fridge. Give it a few minutes to reach room temperature.
Use a tenderiser to assist the breaking up of muscle tissue and to even out steaks of varying thickness.
Introduce exciting flavours by marinating your meat. It does not take long. Anything from 30mins to 24hrs+
Take time to prepare and you meat will be perfect when you serve.

Skinnning red tomatoes. For best results, freeze your tomatoes or have them well chilled. Place in very hot water and skin will split and will then be easy to remove. |

To peel and seed tomatoes, cut out the core and score an "X" on the bottom. Immerse in boiling water for 10 seconds. Remove the tomato and plunge into cold water. Remove the skin, cut in half and squeeze out seeds. |
