The aims of the Hunter Trust are to assist in the education of students in Malawi, from primary school through to further education.

Our policy is to concentrate our resources in selected areas.  Our present activities are:

  1. To provide grants to students for school, college or university education.
  2. To provide further training for Primary Teachers through INSET courses.
  3. To provide teachers’ houses, libraries and other facilities at schools where we have personal contacts.

The Hunter Trust’s governing document is a Trust Deed dated 29th January 1996.  The Trustees are: Gill Hunter (Chairman), Robert Ker (Secretary) and Adrianne Ker (Treasurer).
