May the Strength of God guide us.
May the Power of God preserve us.
May the Wisdom of God instruct us.
May the Hand of God protect us.
May the Way of God direct us.
May the Shield of God defend us.
May the Angels of God guard us.

Please remember in your prayers:-

All our parish family here at Saint Patricks.
All those who are alone.
All those who are grieving.
All those who are struggling either with their faith, their life or both.
The poor, underprivileged, hungry and oppressed.
All those with no-one to pray for them.

Please remember in your prayers all those who have died in the tragedy in America on 11 September 2001 - May they rest in peace. Pray also for their families, the injured and their families, the rescue services. May God's comfort be with them all at this time.

Prayer For Healing.

Lord
You invite all who are burdened to come to You.
Allow your healing hand to heal me.
Touch my soul with Your compassion for others.
Touch my heart with Your courage and infinite love for all.
Touch my mind with Your wisdom,
that my mouth may always proclaim Your praise.
Teach me to reach out to You in my need,
and help me to lead others to You by my example.
Most loving Heart of Jesus,
bring me health in body and spirit
that I may serve You with all my strength.
Touch gently this life which You have created,
now and forever.
Amen.
