About us
My
name is Graham Corbett and I’ve been a chef since the early 80’s. I attended catering college for two years where
I gained City and Guilds in all aspects of the catering industry. For the next five years I trained with
Hilton International Stratford Upon Avon and then for a further year in the
Cotswolds.
In 1988 I moved to Oxford. Here, I’ve worked in some of the finest and
best loved restaurants in the area such as Bath Place Hotel, Gee’s Banbury
Road, Quad Bar and Grill and Le Petit Blanc. During my employment in these prestigious restaurants I gained both
local and national recognition.
