Charlotte James commenced trading in July 1989. The business was named after the proprietors two children - Charlotte and James. The business originally operated from premises in Ruthin, North Wales and has since re-located to its present location in the exclusive, historic village of Hawarden, which is situated on the borders of Chester and North Wales, just off the A55.
