By making a booking with Granary House Bed and Breakfast in East Coker you are entering in to a contract for which you are liable to make full payment for regardless of whether or not you make use of the accommodation.

You may be asked to provide a deposit / full payment in advance of your stay. This payment is non-refundable should you wish to cancel your accommodation. You booking will not be confirmed until we have received your deposit. If you wish to receive notice that we have received your deposit please inform us at the time of booking. Should any deposit cheque be returned by the bank your confirmation of booking will not be valid until a successful payment is made. 

We ask that all guests to confirm their booking in writing, either post or e-mail.

Should you wish to cancel your accommodation with less than 48 hours notice full payment of the final bill will be required . If you cancel your accommodation with us with between 14 and 3 day notice 50% of the final bill will be payable if we are unable to re-let the room/s  (or part thereof if we are able to partly re-let room/s).  In all other cases beyond 14 days we will endeavour to let the rooms to other guests where upon your deposit will be refunded in full. If were are unable to re-let the room/s you full deposit be be retained. 

If we have to cancel your accommodation, for whatever reason, we will endeavour to find you alternative accommodation elsewhere in the area to a similar standard as ourselves and will forward your deposit to the new accommodation establishment. Where this is not possible we will refund your deposit in full.

You agree not to smoke/bring animals in our rooms.

You will be liable to pay the current market value for any damage that you cause either maliciously or accidentally to our property.

You must, where required, quote any special offer codes at the time of booking in order to qualify for the discount.

We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions and our prices without notice. You will be billed at the price quoted to you at the time of booking less any deposit received.

All vehicles, their contents and your personal effects are brought on to our property at your own risk -  we accept no responsibility for any accidental or deliberate damage.  

Every effort is made to ensure that the information contained in our literature and  published on our Website is correct and is published in good faith, though we accept no responsibility if the information is incorrect.
