The downstairs double room is the most spacious of our rooms and ideal for those who find climbing a flight of stairs difficult. (The room is not suitable for wheelchair access but would be suitable for those who are able to walk a few steps.)

The room features an exposed Ham Stone wall.

There is a colour television that has teletext subtitling and an alarm clock radio.

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the room.

Two comfy chairs are provided in the room.

The room is furnished with pine furniture throughout. 

The en suite bathroom has a shower.
