I have over the past 13 years maintained a record of Auction prices, however it should be noted that they have been recorded for my own interest which mainly relates to the Cottages from 1982 to 1984

Gary Don operated an Auction from 1993 to 2001, initially on site with the Lilliput Lane Annual Fair, however it soon migrated to a separate venue and operated on the Saturday Night of the Annual Fair. It finally ceased in 2001, suffering from the impact of the internet. Since that time, there have been various attempts, both by Lilliput Lane and Independent persons to operate a Swap and Sell, however, as soon as this moved off site from the Annual Lilliput Lane Fair, it was clearly going to go the same way as the Gary Don Auction. Any  Swap and Sell can only be successful, if it is encompassed within the Two Day Lilliput Lane Fair site, to operate at the same time as the Fair, unlike that for 2006, 2007 which was squeezed unceremoniously late in the afternoon, what a waste of time from both a seller and buyer perspective

The purpose of this page is to make available, records of Auction prices over the years, it must be noted that direct comparison between various prices, because, I cannot be absolutely certain of versions, particularly with those included in the Gary Don Auctions from 1993, 1994 and July 2007, which I did not attend.
