What is your recyling policy? We try to recycle everything we receive. We re-use boxes and envelopes, packing chips, bubble wrap, tissue paper and other paper wrappings. Regarding bottles; we send new bottles out for every order that comes in. We know that our clients will put these into a recycling scheme when they have finished with them. How do I know which essence to buy/use? You will be drawn to the essence, either by its title or the information about it. You will ‘know’ what feels right for you as it will strike a chord and resonate with you. Follow that inner guidance and you cannot go wrong. If you are experienced in using a pendulum, you can dowse down the list of essences to select. What is the correct dosage when using your essences? This information is provided on the “What Are Vibrational Essences?” page under ‘Product Information’. I have an allergic reaction to alcohol, but noticed that most essences have this as a preservative, is there an alternative? Yes we do use an alternative, we blend organic cider vinegar with vegetable glycerine. You will need to let us know if you require alcohol-free essences as these are made to order and not kept as stock. If I feel I need a particular essence but it does not appear to be on your website, is it possible to have it made by you? Yes, usually, depending upon what it is you require. The best thing is to e-mail us to discuss further. How quickly can you process my order? We endeavour to turn orders around within 14 working days. Should it be any longer than this, we will e-mail you to let you know. What is your Replacement Policy? To date, in all the years that we have been sending our products to people, we have only had to replace one item. Our products are carefully prepared and packaged so that they arrive to you intact. All clients receive Essence Care instructions with their order (you can see this information on the “What Are Vibrational Essences?” page under ‘Product Information’). If the care instructions are followed, there is no reason why anything should go wrong with the product. What is your Returns Policy? There isn’t one (and this is standard practice throughout the essence industry). Because essences are subtle energy medicine, the delicate vibrations within each bottle are affected by each person handling it. That is why great care is taken by us to ensure that the integrity of the product is intact until it is in your hands, so that you get the full benefit of the essence. We cannot guarantee the integrity of any products returned to us as we do not know who has been handling them or how they have been stored and handled. We would not be able to sell that on to anyone else as we would not be able to guarantee the quality and integrity of the product.
