The National Chamber Orchestra of Wales, the Principality's foremost Independent Orchestra, is

based in Swansea. In the short time it has been in existence, the Orchestra has completed

numerous television series for the BBC, BBC CHOICE, HTV and S4C. There have been concert

and televised performances at major venues throughout the country including the Brangwyn Hall in

Swansea, Saint David's Hall and International Arena in Cardiff, and the Royal Albert Hall in London.

The NCOW has participated in many "Classic Spectaculars", including one in the presence of

President Carter of the USA, and is the resident orchestra in the Classical Fanfare Celebrity Outdoor

Concert Series, giving dozens of performances in stately homes and castles all over the U.K. in the

summer months.

Equally at home in the studio, on the concert platform, or in the orchestra pit, the versatility of this

small independent organisation is apparent in the variety of work undertaken - recording sessions,

opera, ballet, television, festival appearances and public concerts etc.. Artists that have appeared
