This is the last Will and Testement

of me BARBARA JOYCE ECOTT of 39 Potters Avenue, Lupset,

Wakefield, Yorkshire and I HERBY REVOKE all wills and testamentary

Dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will. I APPOINT

Diane Joan Furneaux and Stephen Michael Furneaux both of 1 Denehurst Gardens,

Langdon Hills, Basildon, Essex to be executors of this my will. My executors and

Trustees shall be entitled to charge and be paid out of the residue of my estate all

Professional or other charges for all business or acts done by them in connection with

This my will. I GIVE my charm braclet and single diamond engagement ring to the

Said Diane Joan Furneaux. I GIVE my four sovereign gate bracelet and silver

poodles to Wendy Mist. I GIVE my black diamond cluster ring and cross

necklace to Janet High. I GIVE my diamond ring and seven bar gate bracelet

to Carron Patis. I GIVE my sovereign necklace and mermaid necklace and all my

furniture to Kenneth Grant Ecott. I GIVE my cluster ring to Kay Etchells I GIVE

my ornaments and personal effects equally between the said Diane Joan Furneaux,

the said Wendy Mist, the said Carron Patis, the said Janet High and the said Kenneth

Grant Ecott. AND I DIRECT my Trustees to hold the residue of my estate upon

trust for the said Kenneth Grant Ecott until he attains 21 years of age and thereafter

make over the same to him absolutely. If any legatee hereunder (whether specific or

pecuniary) shall be a minor at my death my executors or trustees may if they think fit

pay transfer or deliver the legacy to such legatee personally or to their parent or

guardian and the receipt of such legatee notwithstanding minority or of such parent

or guardian shall be sufficient discharge to my executors or trustees for such legacy.
