After many enquiries on the various web lists for information regarding dates I phoned John Kent the author of Calisto to ask if he had upgraded his excellent programme which I had been using happily since 1995. The result of that phone call was the offer of a free upgrade to his new Windows 32 bit programme, at the same time he allowed me to place the programme on my website for free downloading a most generous offer of benefit to many genealogists.
