CARROT OATMEAL MUFFINS

If you can eat muffins or quick breads or if you haven't tried any lately.....give these a go!!

  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, soda , cinnamon, salt in a bowl, mix well.
  3. Add sugar, milk, egg,butter, mix well.
  4. Stir in carrots, oats.
  5. Grease bottom only of muffin tins (I use the spray) or use paper liners.
  6. Bake 25 mins.

Makes 12. Cool 5 mins on rack then invert on rack to remove from pan. If not using paper liners you might need to loosen the sides of the muffins with a table knife.
