Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Hi Folks, It is worth trying this one unless you are anti broccoli.

  1. Steam the broccoli until just done and set aside
  2. Heat three Tablespoon olive oil in a dutch oven (or large heavy based pan) and saute chicken strips in batches until just cooked through--roughly 4 or 5 minutes. ----transfer to a bowl
  3. Add sliced pepper to dutch oven and saute til just tender
  4. Add milk, parmesan and simmer til sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add chicken strips and broccoli,, toss til well coated with sauce.
  6. Transfer to a prepared (buttered) baking dish, sprinkle top with Monterey Jack and broil until just golden on top.
  7. Lock doors to keep neighbours out.
  8. Serve
