RECIPES FROM OESOPHAGEAL PATIENTS

The Green Stuff

  1. Drain the fruit & cut into smaller pieces.
  2. Mix Cottage Cheese & Cool Whip well.
  3. Add Jello and mix thoroughly.
  4. Fold-in fruit, mix together thoroughly.
  5. Fold-in marshmellows, mix thoroughly.
  6. Refridgerate to set and get cold.

A little trick: when dishing this up, "skim" it across the top, try never to leave a hole to the bottom of the container, then it won't get watery, just keep putting it into smaller containers to keep the bottom covered, then when down to the end, put it into a tiny bowl as the "last bowl" of "stuff" and it never get's watery! Don discovered this on his own...such a guy! ------------------------------
