IKE'S RED PEPPER SAUCE

Hi Folks, Here is the Red Pepper sauce recipe I use on Polenta. Soon as Jan can move from cream of wheat, noodle soup, and tapioca will make some of this for Polenta.

Recipe # 1.

  1. Combine all ingredients in processor or blender and run til pureed
  2. Heat in sauce pan til done

RECEIPE # 2

  1. ROAST peppers til blackened on all sides
  2. Remove burnt skins--put in a paper bag , close it, wait till cooled too handle. Skin removes easily then.
  3. Put all ingredients in blender and puree
  4. Heat just enough to cook ingredients til done

Note: I use the broiler to blacken the peppers turning as needed
