Virginia's Noodle Pudding

 

  1. Cook noodles in boiling water with 1/4 Tsp. of salt and a little oil. Drain.
  2. Beat together eggs, sugar, salt.
  3. Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream, lemon peel, raisons, and brown sugar.
  4. Bake at 350 F. 45 minutes - let stand a few minutes before serving.
