There is are various ideas and recipes on Cathy's EC Cafe.
There is also 'Eating to Win.' This is a collection of recipes and ideas that oesophageal patients have found to be successful for them. Please bear in mind that we are all different. The Food Ideas page is especially useful, as it is a collection of tips and ideas from various patients and their carers.
The Rarer Cancers Forum have produced a DVD on nutrition for cancer patients. It is called, “Turning it Around, Cancer and Nutrition” As well as information from many health care professionals, the DVD has a section with celebrity chef Ed Bain demonstrating how to use food supplements in simple recipes with everyday ingredients. You can obtain a copy of this by filling in the order form. There is a small charge to cover costs and postage and packing.
