Group Bookings

 DISCOUNTS

On groups of between 10 and 30 people we offer a 10% discount on train fares. On groups of 30+ we offer a 15% discount on train fares.
We offer a 10% discount to train fares on groups with disabled members with attenders travelling free.
We have disabled toilets at Darley Dale Stations only.
To qualify for the above rates bookings should be made for visit on normal operating days and confirmed at least 14 days in advance of the time of your visit.


GENERAL INFORMATION

All groups arriving by road should come to Rowsley Station, where reserved parking for pre-booked coaches, mini buses and cars is available adjacent to the station platform.
There is a station buffet at Rowsley Station and Darley Dale Station where hot and cold meals are available.
Most trains have a Mini-Buffet serving tea, coffee, soft drinks, beers, spirits and snacks.
Please arrive 20 minutes before your departure time.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

£10 deposit is required for groups of up to 30 people.
£20 deposit is required for groups of 30+ people.

The booking form should be completed and returned with your deposit made payable to Peak Rail PLC to:-

Confirmations and group tickets will be returned within a week of receipt. Cancellations will only be accepted no less than 7 working days before the date of travel or deposits will not be returned.
On the day of your visit the organiser should report to the ticket inspector at the Station where you start your travel and hand in the group ticket and pay the balance due. You will then be shown to your reserved accommodation on the train.
