Taking in Chirk Castle (a National Trust property); Offa's Dyke; sites of industry (mills, mines, quarries); Telford's aqueducts; the Glyn Valley Tramway route; the birthplaces of the renowned local poets John Ceiriog Hughes and Huw Morris, and other local landmarks.
A varied and interesting look at how the valley has developed throughout
the ages, the tour will take about 3-4 hours.
Short walks may be taken at certain vantage points, so please bring
appropriate footwear, and again your camera and binoculars may be
needed!
