It is important for all students
to show respect for one another at all times. Any student who is
a persistent nuisance will be removed from the school. Mobile phones
should be switched off during lessons. Students are requested to
attend lessons on time. No smoking is allowed in the classrooms.
BEGINNERS +
Students must insure that the
courses they intend to study are available. Beginners + Post beginners over 16 will be offered
private lessons 10 hours at extra £10 per hour until they can join a suitable class for their level. They can observe the lowest level when they are ready.
POST BEGINNERS
ATTENDANCE
All students should attend
their lessons on time and regularly. Should students not attend their
classes regularly, the school has the right to offer their place to
another student.
After payment has been made,
there is no automatic right to a refund. However, in emergency cases
the school allows the student to transfer the course to other students
whom they recommend. The course can be held for a maximum of 1 year.
All visa applicants must
obtain an appointment with the British Consulate in their country
and must inform the school as to when their appointment is with the
British Consulate. The appointment must be made with the British
Consulate no later than 2 weeks before the start of the course (as
stated in the letter of acceptance). If students do not inform the
school regarding these matters, the course will be automatically
cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Students who have not been successful in obtaining a visa will
receive a full refund less a 100 pounds administration fee only
after sending the origin refusal document to HSE. The British Consulate
in the relevant country issues this document
Students can only change classes
if the Director of Studies approves. No student will be allowed to
join a class unless they have the necessary level of English.
The school reserves the right
to change prices as and when necessary, without notice. Prices will
not be changed once a deposit has been received.
