1.
Amazon Safe Shopping Guarantee
All your transactions with Amazon.co.uk are covered by
our security guarantee with three levels of protection:

Our secure server software encrypts all your
personal information including credit or debit card number, name and
address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and
converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over
the Internet

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or
debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or
may limit your liability to just £50.00.

If your bank or card issuer holds you liable,
Amazon.co.uk will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the
unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of
your own from purchases made at Amazon. co.uk while using the secure
server

This guarantee only applies to credit or debit
card purchases made using Amazon.co.uk's secure server.

This guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50.00.

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or
debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its
reporting rules and procedures.

Price Increases
Unfortunately publishers occasionally raise the price of items unexpectedly.
In the event that this occurs we will check with you to see if you still wish
to receive the item at the new price. We may, at our discretion, absorb small
price increases without passing them on to our customers.
3.
Delivery charges
We use fast and cost effective methods to ensure efficient delivery of your
order. We constantly review our carriers and our delivery rates to ensure we
can offer a great delivery service at a competitive price.
4.
Returns
At Amazon.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we
make our returns policy simple.
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if
for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased just return it
to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund
for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge
if the return is a result of our error. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
