The master bedroom opens out onto the patio and pool area and has an en-suite bathroom. The dining room also opens out onto the patio and pool area. The second bathroom has access from the pool area as well as from the hallway of the house. The villa has air conditioning / central heating as well as ceiling fans.
The pool and patio area is fully screened with a fine mesh for safer sunbathing. The mesh prevents insects and leaves from entering while allowing the sun through. The pool terrace is west facing and so while most of the pool area is in the sun all through the day the spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed looking across the pool and canal.
