One-to-one lessons
The cost of a standard one-to-one lesson depends on location, but I offer all clients:
-50% off the first introductory lesson.
-6 lessons for the price of 5 when paid for up front.
-concessions where applicable.

Workshops / Lectures
I offer tailor-made workshops/lectures on the Alexander Technique to businesses and organisations. These may be 'stand alone' or as an introduction to one-to-one lessons either at your premises or off-site.

I link up with freelance Alexander Technique teachers when necessary to support larger projects, but do not carry the overhead of permanent staff.
